The Site offers a signed, limited edition book by Michael Morpurgo, with proceeds supporting the charity Farms for City Children, founded by Michael and Clare Morpurgo.
By using this Site and placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

All books are:
Signed and numbered
Supplied with a unique poem by Michael Morpurgo
Accompanied by a loose illustration by Robin McKenzie
Event tickets relate to a private event at Goodwood House.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, the following exemptions apply:
A. Personalised Goods
The signed and dedicated nature of the books means they are considered personalised or bespoke items.
➡️ Therefore, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has begun.
B. Event Tickets
Event tickets are exempt from cancellation rights under Regulation 28.
➡️ Therefore, tickets are non-refundable, except as set out below.
Tickets are sold as part of a bundle and are not available separately.
Event details will be communicated after purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent.
Changes and Cancellation:
We reserve the right to:
Change the event date, venue, or format
Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control
If the event is cancelled, we will:
Offer a refund for the event portion of the purchase, or
Offer an alternative (e.g. rescheduled event), where possible
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:

Fit for purpose
If your item is faulty or damaged:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate
Except where goods are faulty or damaged:
Signed and limited edition books are non-returnable due to their personalised nature
Proceeds from sales support Farms for City Children.
Purchases made through this Site:
Are not charitable donations
Do not qualify for Gift Aid
Do not entitle the purchaser to any tax relief
All content on the Site, including text, images, poems, and illustrations, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Subject to the above:
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
